Blocked account no response back
Unblock and restore my account! Tried to get on multiple times sent customer service multiple emails even got the front and back on my id as was requested to verify myself took photo no response!!!

Cannot communicate with Matches
- Paid $112.81 for a three month membership; cannot log in or message; app demands Premium upgrade; requesting reimbursement or credit.
I have tried several time to get in contact with you with no response. I paid for a three month membership.
When I get a notice via email I cannot log in or when I find someone on the app, I cannot send message, the app just tells me that I need to upgrade tonPremium. I even attached my order to some form to show that I had paid over $112.81. This has been a total rip off.
I need a reimbursement or credit. Please advise!
User's recommendation: Customer Service is a joke! I wrote several letters, provided a copy of my purchase order, and they kept saying that I was a nonpaid member. I could never contact my matches without it saying that I had to upgrade to a membership I had already paid for $112 for 3 months!
